Therefore in FGE, we put a lot of effort to ensure that our employees are properly trained to excel in their field of work.
- 1) Training: The essentials of training and developing our people, empowering them with the “right” service mindset will continue to be an integral part of FGE’s culture and philosophy. It would be win-win situation, given that our principals would provide sales training to our sales personnel, as this will further equip them with more in-depth knowledge and motivation to handle the respective products.
- 2) Our own internal training: For newly joined employees, we will provide orientation and product training to ensure the highest level of competency in all our employees.
- 3) Striving for Organizational Excellence: FGE practices open communication and engagement of staff. Regular dialogue sessions with the management and brainstorming sessions are some of the channels for staff to provide their feedback.
